Food Producers Tour – Taste The Region
The 150km Feast Food Producers Tour visits five local agribusinesses and a road trip as you taste the region!
Greeting the food explorers at the Maydale Reserve will be Tanya from Beetanicals with honey tastings at 9.30am.
The road trip by coach to Dimboola Golf Club Restaurant will be met with Dimboola Estate Olive Oil tastings before lunch by one of their favourite chefs from Dinner Under The Stars, Cat Clarke.
The tour then takes explorers to Popes Road Rupanyup, the home of Rupanyup Living Produce Co food producers Claire & Dave Morgan. Farmer Dave might be out on the tractor but Claire will spoil us with a tour of their garden and some sweet treats (additional purchases at own cost).
Anthony & Amanda from Grampians Vinegar and Great Western Granary will showcase their produce in Claire’s patio.
The final leg of the tour will be a visit to Valooka Farms where fresh egg purchases can be made while admiring their range of livestock!
