Kaniva Wetlands & Fauna Park

The newly upgraded park features an aviary, fauna park, flying fox, nature play space, exercise equipment and picnic area.

The park is home to a variety of birds and animals including Red-tailed Black Cockatoos and a White Western Grey Kangaroo.

The park features the original engine that was used to provide electricity to the town from 1925 – 1964. This is also the start of an audio walking tour, along with an interactive educational game which utilises the walking track informational panels.

There is plenty of easy parking suitable for caravans and RVs near the entrance, free barbecue and toilets. The park also has accessibility friendly features including walking tracks, family swing and toilets.
